Roof Replacement
We handle the whole replacement from permits to final inspection. Our Framingham office pulls the permit, coordinates the dumpster, runs the crew, and schedules the building inspector. You sign the contract and we handle the rest.
Roof Repair
After we fix your roof, we send you before-and-after photos and a written warranty. If it leaks again from the same spot within 5 years, we come back free. That's the deal.

New Roof Installation
A new roof installation starts with getting the specs right. Roof pitch determines your material options. Attic space determines ventilation needs. Local code determines underlayment requirements. We handle all of that before the first shingle goes on.
Metal Roofing
We install 24-gauge and 26-gauge standing seam in Galvalume and pre-painted steel. Concealed fastener system means nothing's exposed to weather. Panels lock together at the seam and clip to the roof deck.
Shingle Roofing
GAF Timberline HDZ architectural shingles with StrikeZone nailing area. The highest-selling shingle in North America. Impact-rated to UL 2218 Class 4 when installed with the full GAF Roof System. Our Framingham crews install Timberline in the full system configuration to qualify for Golden Pledge warranty. ASTM D3462 and D7158 Class H certified.
Flat Roofing
We repair and install flat roofs on Framingham homes, garages, commercial buildings, and additions. TPO for reflectivity, EPDM for budget, PVC for chemical resistance near restaurants and kitchens.
Commercial Roofing
TPO is our most-requested commercial membrane in Massachusetts. Reflective, energy-efficient, and it welds together at the seams for a watertight bond. We install 60-mil and 80-mil systems with 15-20 year manufacturer warranties.
Gutter Installation
Half-round copper gutters with round downspouts. That's the premium install. We solder joints on-site using 50/50 tin-lead solder. Copper develops a natural patina in Massachusetts's climate within 5-7 years. For aluminum, we use Spectra Metals .027 gauge seamless with Raytec hidden hangers rated to hold 25 lbs per linear foot of ice and debris load.
Roof Inspection
Annual roof inspections catch small problems before they become expensive ones. A cracked pipe boot is a $150 fix. Ignoring it means $3,000 in ceiling and wall water damage. We recommend an inspection every 2-3 years for roofs under 10 years old, and annually after that.

Skylight Installation
We install, replace, and repair skylights in Framingham homes. Fogged glass, cracked frames, persistent leaks around old skylights. We fix it all. Sometimes replacing a 20-year-old skylight is cheaper than trying to repair it.
